Digimark adds ExecuTrain

Digimark Inc. in Tulsa has acquired ExecuTrain of Oklahoma, a 10-year-old information technology training company, ExecuTrain owners announced Friday. Digimark took over the company's Tulsa operations in April, and the Oklahoma City operations last week, David and Julie Chapman said. Digimark's owners are Perry Hines, Richard Oertle, Randy Jones and George Hill. All are Microsoft-certified trainers who have trained nationally, and implemented and managed small and large computer networks and applications. ExecuTrain has been recognized by the Oklahoma Venture Forum and Small Business Administration as one of the state's fastest-growing companies.
