The Central Oklahoma Commercial Association of REATLORS® (COCAR) is hosting their first annual Commercial Real Estate Summit™ on January 28, 2016 at the University of Central Oklahoma Nigh University Center.

COCAR has partnered with Dr. David Chapman, Assistant Professor of Real Estate, to create this event to benefit the UCO Real Estate Foundation Scholarship Fund. “This Commercial Real Estate Summit is something we have needed for some time”, according to Dr. David Chapman. “A gathering of many different sectors of the real estate industry coming together for networking and education is exciting. I can’t wait to see the productive exchanges and deals done!”

Grant Humphries will be the keynote luncheon speaker discussing “Crafting an Intrinsically Sustainable Place.”  Afternoon sessions include: Cost Segregation, Commercial Contract Compliance with Bert Belanger, Commercial Use of Drones and Environmental Assessments.

A two hour bonus Technology Session has been added to the morning with Xceligent and ClientLook.  Xceligent is a proactively researched commercial real estate information platform used by many professionals within the industry.  ClientLook is a leading customer relationship management system for commercial real estate. Organizers told The City Sentinel the preferred registration deadline is Thursday (January 14). Seating is limited, and registration fees increase after January 14. Additional information on the summit is available at the COCAR website. Register now at: www.cresummit.org.
